OPPORTUNITIES FOR PRODUCTIVE DIFFERENTIATION ASSOCIATED WITH SELECTIVE MANUAL HARVESTING OF NON-MECHANIZED VINEYARDS
Objectives:
- Caracterization of vegetative and productive variability and the oenological potential of a vineyard located in the internal area of the Piacenza province;
- Developing a strategy for the valorization of the within-field variability for non-mechanized vineyards, based on the realization of prescription maps for selective manual harvesting;
- Describe the chemical and sensory differences of commercial wines obtained after selective harvesting.
